What is a Rash Guard?
You've heard the term by now, but what is it, and what does it do? A rash
guard, otherwise known as a swim shirt, provides coverage from sunlight
and offers some protection from a "rash" or irritation caused by water/waves.
Rash guard shirts came out of the surf industry, but are now becoming much more mainstream. There are varying degree's of sun protection from rash guards, based on
the material content and construction. If you are using a rash guard for
